Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

Support: Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen über unser Ticketsystem eigenständig
Fehleranalyse: Du stellst vom Kunden gemeldete Fehler nach und analysierst sie systematisch
Systemverständnis: Du erkennst Probleme im Zusammenspiel komplexer Systeme und findest zielführende Lösungen
Technik: Du führst Updates und Installationen auf mobilen Endgeräten, Servern und Clients durch
Datenbanken: Du recherchierst und arbeitest in MySQL-Datenbanken

Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kunden, idealerweise im Kundenservice
Service: Du überzeugst durch ein professionelles und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
IT-Know-how: Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich IT mit
