- Supporting agile teams: You will support several Scrum teams working on innovative IT projects for the emergency services and the healthcare sector. In doing so, you will help the teams to collaborate efficiently, take ownership and achieve their goals sustainably.
- Facilitation & continuous improvement: You will plan, organise and facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives. In doing so, you will create the framework for transparent communication, goal-oriented collaboration and continuous learning.
- Identifying & removing impediments: You identify obstacles at an early stage, analyse their causes and support teams in developing sustainable solutions so that they can focus on successfully achieving their goals.
- Coaching teams and Product Owners: You support Scrum teams and Product Owners in further developing their agile working practices. Topics such as self-organisation, backlog management, user stories and an agile mindset form part of your daily toolkit.
- Supporting product management: You’ll support Product Owners with prioritisation, roadmap planning and the continuous optimisation of their backlogs. In doing so, you’ll help to reduce dependencies and identify risks at an early stage.
- Shaping culture: You’ll foster a pragmatic and genuinely agile corporate culture and work with teams and stakeholders to continuously refine our working practices.
- Transformation & Organisational Development: You’ll advise teams and organisational units on the introduction and further development of agile practices – from individual Scrum teams right through to scaled structures.
- Transparency & data-driven improvement: You ensure transparency regarding sprint and project progress, establish suitable agile metrics and, together with the teams, derive concrete improvement measures.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: You navigate confidently between development teams, product owners and other stakeholders, helping to successfully reconcile differing interests and priorities.
- Knowledge transfer: You will guide new team members as they familiarise themselves with agile processes, roles and working methods, and support the continuous exchange of knowledge within the organisation.
