- Infrastructure Operations: You’ll actively contribute your experience to our IT infrastructure, servers, and network environment. The knowledge you’ve gained at previous companies will help you further develop our systems.
- IT Security & Operational Security: By applying your experience in monitoring, patch management, and expanding the company’s security environment, you’ll help ensure stable and secure IT operations.
- Windows & Linux Systems: You’ll assist with the administration and maintenance of our Windows and Linux systems and help analyze and resolve technical issues.
- Mobile Device Management: You’ll set up our MDM solutions for iOS and Android and securely and efficiently manage our customers’ various mobile devices.
- Automation & Standardization: You’ll help automate recurring tasks and make processes more efficient and sustainable.
- Point of Contact for Our Employees: You’ll support our colleagues with IT questions, issues, and service requests; you’ll also set up workstations for new employees and manage user accounts and access rights. - Qualifications: Completed training in the IT field, e.g., as an IT specialist for system integration, or a comparable qualification.
- Practical experience: Several years of professional experience in system administration. Knowledge and experience in as many of the described tasks as possible.
- Operating systems & infrastructure: Good knowledge of Windows environments and, ideally, experience with Linux systems.
- IT administration: You have a good understanding of networks, user management, clients, mobile devices, and IT security concepts.
- Interest in modern technologies: Topics such as automation, scripting, and modern administration tools are familiar to you, and you’re eager to help our company advance in these areas.
