Customer Care Manager (m/f/d) Clinical Products

Your mission

  • Customer Support: As a key member of our CUSTOMER CARE team, you will help ensure that our products for the clinical environment are used successfully and to our customers’ satisfaction. Your focus will be on products for pre-registration, data transfer, and integration with hospital information systems (HIS).
  • Customer Account Management: You will support our customers in Germany and serve as their primary point of contact.
  • Communication: You will maintain regular communication with our more than 350 existing customers in the clinical sector. Additionally, you will handle presentation and sales tasks for our clinical products in emergency rooms and hospitals that are not yet connected to our solutions.
  • Requirements: You analyze customer requirements and advise our customers in hospitals and emergency medical services on the optimal configuration and use of our products.
  • Workshops: You organize and facilitate workshops and product launches at and with our customers in the clinical setting of emergency medicine.
  • Public Relations: You present our medDV products at trade shows and exhibitions, also together with colleagues from the preclinical products and solutions division.

Skills

  • Qualifications: You have completed vocational training or a degree in healthcare, computer science, business informatics, health management, or a comparable field. Career changers with relevant professional experience in emergency medical services, emergency medicine, or clinical settings are also welcome.
  • Residence: Ideally, you live in Germany. You have the option to work remotely; alternatively, you can be assigned a workstation at our headquarters in Fernwald.
  • Willingness to travel: You are flexible and able to spend part of your working hours on business trips; after thorough onboarding, you will also be able to undertake multi-day business trips.
  • Experience: You have professional experience in planning, managing, and executing IT projects—ideally in the healthcare industry. Knowledge of emergency medical services or, in particular, work in emergency rooms and clinical emergency departments is also highly desirable.
  • Career change: You have experience in emergency medical services, hospital management, or emergency rooms and a strong affinity for IT.

As a Customer Care Representative for clinical products, you will support the use of our products in hospitals at all levels of care in Germany and, in the future, also in neighboring countries. You will also serve as the point of contact for clinics interested in our products and support your colleagues in the preclinical department.
With support from the Service and Development departments, you ensure smooth operations and the continuous strategic development of existing clients. In doing so, you always keep the big picture in mind and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.
Internally, you represent our clients’ interests and maintain regular communication with your colleagues as well as other departments at medDV.
