Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

Automatisierung: Du automatisierst unsere Infrastruktur mit Tools wie Ansible, Terraform und ähnlichen
Continuous Delivery: Du implementierst und verbesserst unsere CI/CD-Pipelines
Monitoring: Du hast ein Auge auf das Monitoring unserer Systemlandschaft
Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Systemadministratoren und Softwareteams zusammen
Gestaltung: Du schmiedest Pläne, wie unsere Systeme verbessert werden können
Kultur: Du förderst die DevOps-Kultur zur Stärkung von Zusammenarbeit, Automatisierung und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung

Was bringst du mit?

Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung vom Betrieb von Linux- und Windows-basierten Systemen; Erfahrungen im Bereich der Systemadministration sind ein großes Plus
Automatisierung: Du hast Erfahrung mit Automatisierungslösungen, wie Ansible, Terraform, Packer und co
Scripting: Du hast Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen und fühlst dich in der Kommandozeile zu Hause (Python, Bash, Powershell)
Softwareentwicklung: Du verstehst die grundlegenden Konzepte der Softwareentwicklung
Virtualisierung: Du kennst dich mit Virtualisierung aus (z.B. Proxmox/Hyper-V), als auch mit Container-Lösungen (Docker/LXC)
Arbeitsweise: Du besitzt eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Soft Skills: Du bist motiviert und mit Freude dabei, um gemeinsam im Team Systeme zu verbessern
Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie fließendes Englisch

Your mission

Automation: You automate our infrastructure with tools like Ansible, Terraform and similar
Continuous Delivery: You implement and improve our CI/CD pipelines
Monitoring: You keep an eye on the monitoring of our system landscape
Collaboration: You work closely with our system administrators and software teams
Design: You make plans on how our systems can be improved

Qualifications: Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
Experience: You have experience in operating Linux and Windows-based systems; experience in system administration is a big plus
Automation: You have experience with automation solutions such as Ansible, Terraform, Packer and Co.
Scripting: You have experience with scripting languages and feel at home in the command line (Python, Bash, Powershell)
Software development: You understand the basic concepts of software development
Virtualization: You are familiar with virtualization (e.g. Proxmox/Hyper-V), as well as container solutions (Docker/LXC)
Working method: You have an independent and structured way of working
Soft skills: You are motivated and enjoy working together in a team to improve systems
Language skills: Good written and spoken German, as well as fluent English
