Welche Aufgaben erwarten dich?

Administration: Du administrierst und betreust unsere Serverlandschaft (Linux/Windows)
Automatisierung: Du bist kein typischer Turnschuh-Admin, sondern möchtest Systeme zentralisiert steuern (z.B. via Ansible)
Monitoring: Du hast ein Auge auf das Monitoring unserer Systemlandschaft
Netzwerk- & Security: Du betreust unser Netzwerk und kümmerst dich um die Sicherheit unserer Systeme
Kollaboration: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Systemadministratoren und internen Fachabteilungen

Was bringst du mit?

Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Erfahrung: Du hast Erfahrung vom Betrieb von Linux- und Windows-basierten Systemen; Erfahrungen im Bereich DevOps sind ein großes Plus
Automatisierung: Infrastructure as Code ist kein Fremdwort für Dich und Du hast das Mindset um wiederkehrende Aufgaben zu automatisieren
Scripting: Du hast Erfahrung mit Skriptsprachen und fühlst dich in der Kommandozeile zu Hause
Virtualisierung: Du kennst dich mit Virtualisierung aus (z.B. Proxmox, Docker, Hyper-V)
Arbeitsweise: Du besitzt eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Soft Skills: Du bist motiviert und mit Freude dabei, um gemeinsam im Team Systeme zu verbessern
Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie fließendes Englisch

Your mission

Administration: You administer and maintain our server landscape (Linux/Windows)
Automation: You are not a typical sneaker admin, but want to control systems centrally (e.g. via Ansible)
Monitoring: You keep an eye on the monitoring of our system landscape
Network & Security: You look after our network and take care of the security of our systems
Collaboration: Close cooperation with other system administrators and internal departments

Qualification: Completed training in the IT sector (e.g. IT specialist for system integration) or comparable qualification
Experience: You have experience in operating Linux and Windows-based systems; experience in DevOps is a big plus
Automation: Infrastructure as Code is not a foreign concept for you and you have the mindset to automate recurring tasks
Scripting: You have experience with scripting languages and feel at home in the command line
Virtualization: You are familiar with virtualization (e.g. Proxmox, Docker, Hyper-V)
Working style: You have an independent and structured way of working
Soft skills: You are motivated and enjoy working together in a team to improve systems
Language skills: Good written and spoken German, as well as fluent English
